UNWIND: Simplex unwind unit /trolley type with mechanical tension controller and Auto EPC Unit (web aligner) unwind shaft etech spec .

INFEED UNIT: Hard chrome plated roll with mechanically engaged rubber nip.

SLITTING UNIT: Circular slitting systems along with razor blade slitting unit (a total 10 sets) of knives, blade holder etech spec

REWIND UNIT: Twin friction driven rewind unit are provided complete with 5 sets of core holders per unit along with pressure pads, liners etech spec provided. Drive to the rewind units are friction driven form the mechanical clutech spech unit provided.

DRIVE & CONTROLS: 5 HP DC drive is provided with controls are provided to operate DC drive, trim blower, web aligner etech spec in a separate panel.

TRIM COLLECTION: Trim collection blower is provided with suction arrangements etech spec.
