• Application: - Coating lamination machine designed & manufactured for different kind of application i.e. silicon coating, adhesive coating for tapes & stock labels, consumer wrap grade lamination for packaging, heat sealable coating blister foils, paper etc., NCR coating etc.

• Unwind unit equipped with standard mechanical features or optional advanced fully automatic features like Digital Tension Controllers, Powder Brake, Load Sensors, Pneumatic Shafts, Auto Edge Guiding System etc.

• Coating Unit: - Different coating solutions for various applications like Gravure Coating System, Triple Roll Coating System, Kiss Coating System with metering units having wire wound Mayer, Air Knife metering system, etc.

• Dryer Design: - Suitable for different coating employs hot air jet drying system with electrical heaters, optional thermic fluid heat exchangers and heating system, hot air generators etc. as per customers requirement (with medium velocity air impringement design).

• Laminating rollers are internally heated for better adhesion with heat resistant rubber / nip roll.

• Pneumatics: - Engagement of nips, rubber pressure roller, opening of dryer hoods etc. are pneumatically activated with controls, pressure regulators, pressure indicator etc.

• Controls: - Heater Blower operation is controlled from the separate control panel with temperature controllers etc.

• Drive: - Machine employs simple DC drive to optional Synchronised Drivers or AC Inverter Synchro Drive as per clients desire and preference.

• Cooling system / Roll: - Rapidly achieves the cooling down of the laminated products (chilling Plant optional).

• Rewinding Unit: - Equipped with standard mechanical features or Synchronised DC drive or with Tension Controlled AC variable speed drive etc. (Optional).
